General Urgent Info- Bookings must be made in increments of 7,14 or 21 nights. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled
- Members who booked via points and wish an upgrade or extra night should contact resort 3-4 weeks prior to their arrival. Resort cannot make any arrangements any earlier. No children under 18 can check in without a parent.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Complimentary daily cleaning services are provided.

- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.

- Resort offers a free shuttle bus to the town of Hersonisos several times per day where guest will find a beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

- Units are not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who require completely step-free accommodation. Some apartments with fewer steps, but none can be considered fully accessible.
