General Urgent Info- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- We encourage you to review all country specific travel advisories and recommended guidelines by relevant local governments prior to your travel.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- Please contact your resort before travelling to arrange an airport transfer. Costs and details will be provided by the resort at time of enquiry
- Resort no longer offer extra bed facility on chargeable or complimentary basis. So the members need to strictly adhere by the occupancy.
Studio- 2 adults +1 child age of 6 years: 1 bedroom - 4 adults +1 kids age of 6 years ; 2 bedroom - 6Adults +2 kids age of 6 years.
- Swim wear attire required strictly to use pool facility. Resort will not allow members to use pool facility if clothes are not appropriate for a pool.On early arrival units allotted ONLY if available.
GST as applicable needs to be paid at the resort. This resort is a family orientated resort.

BY AIR: Dabolim Airport - 36km BY CAR: Journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Follow road south to Margao, then follow the sign to Cavelossim. At Cavelossim, on the left corner of the road that turns to Dona Sylvia is RGBC at Haathi Mahal. BY RAIL: The Konkan and Central railway operates from north and south India to Margao. Take a taxi or autorickshaw from Margao railway station to the resort, which is 17 kms. AIRPORT TRANSFER: A taxi collection can be arranged for a fee. Foreigners are advised not to drive in India, therefore all car hire comes with a chauffeur included in the price.
