General Urgent Info- We encourage you to review all country specific travel advisories and recommended guidelines by relevant local governments prior to your travel.
- The resort no longer offers extra beds on a chargeable or complimentary basis. So guests need to strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy stated.
Studio- 2 adults +1 child age of 6 years or less; 1 bedroom - 4 adults +1 kids age of 6 years or less; 2 bedrooms - 6 adults +2 kids age of 6 years or less.
GST as applicable needs to be paid at the resort.
- Please note that the unit number assigned on the confirmation could change upon arrival at the resort.
- The resort will provide two interconnecting one-bedroom units for members with a confirmed two-bedroom reservation & these units are situated on the second or third floors.
- Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
- A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

BY AIR: Dabolim Airport-27kms from resort. Journey takes approx. 40 mins by car. BY ROAD: Follow road south to Margao and then sign to Benaulim Village. Go straight on through the crossroads (see RGBC sign), take next left (see RGBC sign). The resort is approx. 5 km from Margao. BY Rail: the Konkan and Central Railway operates from North and South India to Margao. Take a taxi or auto rickshaw from Margoa Railway Station to resort (7km). Airport Pick-up: Resort shuttle bus operates on Saturdays only. A nominal fees applies. Guest Relations Officers from the resort will meet and greet. Other days of the week local taxi can be arranged. Foreigners are advised not to drive in India.
