General Urgent Info- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for the correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
- Guests travelling with pets must notify HCR at least 2 weeks before their holiday so that pet fees can be charged. Notification can be made by calling Customer Service on 0300 870 900 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–16:30) or via the form on the Holiday Club website.
