- Holiday Concepts and their trade partners do not accept 'schoolies' bookings. Resort Management will refuse check in for any 'schoolies' bookings at the members/guests expense. If multiple units are booked in the same week it is a requirement that you purchase a guest certificate for each additional unit booked. Failure to do so could incur a charge at the resort or access to your unit denied.
- Dog-friendly Unit: 2x Thu check-in and 2x Fri check-in (unit must 2BR/6)-Subject to availability. Pet-fee payment is required upon confirmation to secure a dog friendly unit. Please note also we only accept dogs, no other animals. Resort does not supply pool towels. To use the pool bring your own pool towels.
- If you require a cot or high chair contact resort prior to arrival. All guests of members must produce an RCI Guest Cert. Failure to produce a Guest Cert will result $100 late guest cert fee, to be paid at check in, no exceptions. Electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite, including within units, communal areas, and all shared facilities. Penalties apply.

The nearest international airport is in Melbourne approx 230 kms away. From this airport take the Hume Highway towards Seymour turn left on to the Goulburn Valley Highway and head north to Shepparton. Approx 35 kms north of Shepparton is Numurkah. Pass the Service Station/Roadhouse, then take the third street on the right, Saxton Street and then follow the signs to Lakeside Country Club. PLEASE note check in is from 4pm to 7pm It is important that you notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival after these times.
