General Urgent Info- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- No check in outside of normal check in hours. Please contact the resort in advance if you anticipate a late arrival for details. Resort is small and does not provide activities or entertainment. Resort is beachfront and does offer outdoor pool and barbecue grills.
- Visitors traveling via airlines should go to http://www.bahamas.com/entry-requirements to see if travel documents (health requirements, visas, and immunizations) are sufficient for the airline you are traveling on.
- Car Rental at the resort is D's Car Rental. Pick up and drop off are offered. Guests can make reservations online, or by calling +(242) 352-2122, or calling cell number +(242) 727-3981, or email dcarrentals@aol.com.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

A taxi is recommended for your initial arrival at Mayfield Beach & Tennis Club. Car rental can be arranged at the resort. Please phone ahead at 242/352-9776 or 242/352-4958 to make arrangements. The closest commercial airport is Freeport Int'l Airport, 3 miles away. From the airport, go South on Mall Dr. past Sunris Blvd to Lunar Blvd. Turn right and then left onto Ocean Hill Blvd. The resort is on Port of Call Dr., on the beach. REMEMBER THAT CARS ARE DRIVEN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD. In case of an emergency or late check-in, you must contact the resort at 242/352-9776, 242/352-4958 or fax them at 242/352-4730.
